Hi,
I am female, 25, Indonesian, B.Sc in Pharmaceutical Science & Technology with GPA 3.55 in the country's #1 tech institute
GMAT 610 (V29Q46), planning to retake because of a major incident that happened before the test. IELTS 8.5.
I have been working in international FMCGs for 3 years, currently working in one of the biggest ones in the world, as net revenue management assistant manager. Recently promoted to a regional role (South East Asia revenue management) in the same company.
Been working closely with the global team in various strategic projects.
I have a side hustle, a graphic design company and now I am managing a team of 4 (excluding me)
Planning to apply for Cambridge JBS, Imperial & Manchester this October for the 2023 intake.
Post MBA goal: shift career to consulting
Any advice on the GMAT score target & things to highlight in my essay & CV? Because currently I am very busy with the work and I have limited time to prepare for my GMAT.

Good luck with your GMAT! We only have one score to consider here but if you're asking for what to focus on, it looks like the verbal side is the one bringing your score down more, so I'd try to understand what might be happening there. We have some articles from our partnership with Manhattan Prep on the mbaMission blog -- check those out and maybe there will be some tips that might help.
Beyond that I'd focus on showing readiness for the MBA. By that I mean articulate clear goals and reasoning for how the programs will prepare you for them (show off your homework skills) and demonstrate that you have things to offer your classmates in terms of leadership (not just "time served" work experience but how you made an impact) and teamwork.

1) Entrepreneurship - though it'll be difficult to explain the tangential theme. Would this be the main theme of your essays or the day job?
Cons:
1) GMAT - Atleast 700; Practise (2 hours a day) verbal and aim higher in quant.
2) Work experience - 2 more years is required.
3) UK Schools - With your work ex, I am afraid none of these would get you into a consulting role. At best, they can get you to interview at GSK, AstraZeneca, Unilever etc.
4) Consulting - Your essays will have to highlight elements from your career/work ex that would support your interest in consulting. Its a hard grind and the ADCOMs would verify these vis-a-vis consulting interviews.
