Hey! I have a 770 on GMAT. Did undergrad from an Engineering college (Non IIT) in India, and one year fellowship at Ashoka University (Young India Fellowship). I have a GPA of 8.5/10 in UG and 3.74/4 in post grad.
Worked with Fractal as a management consultant for 6 months. Simultaneously was working on my own startup in the education space. Left Fractal in Feb 2021, and pursued startup full time. Currently, bootstrapped it to total of $75K in yearly revenue. Have had a decent exposure to marketing, sales, operations, tech in the last year. In total have Almost 2 years of startup experience. and 6 months at Fractal.ai.
I wanted to know what are my chances for top 15 business schools, given I have almost 2 years less than the average work experience.
P.S. I am looking to apply next year in round 1

Good GMAT score, though work experience isn't enough.
IMHO applying in 2024 R1 will open doors at top 5 schools, with a good 4+ year work experience.
Wait out 2 years now and you can get a stellar top 5 MBA tagged to you for the rest of your life.

About your work experience, your startup is the USP of your resume, as having 2+ years of entrepreneurship experience emphasizes your stellar leadership skills and significant accomplishment. Moreover, it made your profile more diverse, having experience in marketing, sales, operations, and technology, key qualities that AdComs look for in candidates.
Coming to your ECAs, I suggest adding any relevant community or volunteering work you had and briefly stating them. For instance, I suggest you go through our article on Significance of ECAs for MBA Application, to understand the importance of drafting exemplary ECAs essays!
Finally, I want to emphasize that AdComs aren't all for scores. Instead, they assess a candidate's complete profile, which includes a variety of traits, ideals, and skills. You must demonstrate in your application how earning an MBA from a particular business school would advance your career and develop you as a stronger leader. Moreover, an average of three years of work experience is the benchmark; hence it would be our goal to help you frame your unique abilities for the lack of experience to make you a "suitable" candidate.
