Hello Rahul, thanks for your post.
Admissions committees will look at your stats (GPA and GMAT), work experience, and extracurriculars when evaluating your application.
Your GMAT of 750 and your grades are very strong, and even though a 750 is only slightly above average for your demographic, these stats definitely show you have the quantitative ability to succeed in the classroom.
Your work experience has been impressive too. It sounds like you have made a lot of impact over the last 4+ years, including designing the database and also the training module. Hopefully your resume speaks to these types of accomplishments, because you should do your best to show you have made an impact and demonstrated leadership in your different roles. You should also illustrate the skills you already have which are transferable to consulting. This will help the schools see that your post-MBA goals are realistic.
Regarding extracurriculars, make sure to really emphasize your leadership or impact you have had in your CSR initiatives; that is one aspect of your profile on which you can elaborate.
I feel that you should be targeting schools in the US which are ranked in the top 25. You should be applying to a range of schools, from reach to target to safer choices. I would say that your reach schools are schools in the top 10 or 12, and your safer choices are closer to 20-25 (although they will still be challenging). Hopefully at least one of them will see that you have a compelling story and are someone who will add value to the classroom and community.
Good luck!
