Understood. Your age isn't ideal but you're not that "old" where you would be disqualified immediately. If you were applying at 35+, we would have to have a different conversation.

As noted above, it's definitely a factor that makes things more difficult so you will absolutely need a Plan B, which could be continuing in your current role, finding a new opportunity, or executive/part-time MBA programs (now or in the future).

Do you have any suggestions for good executive MBA colleges? I am looking at Europe and US with good placement reports..

You should look at the following EMBA programs:

NYU (Stern)
Duke (Fuqua)
Michigan (Ross)
MIT (Sloan)
Cornell (Johnson)

In Europe, you can target many of the same programs on your current list, just the EMBA option.
