If I were you, I would defer my ISB application by 2 years and use this time to improve my GRE score to 330+

ParthMody
Hi, I am looking to apply at ISB in R3 deadline. Below is my profile.
10th - 93.4%
12th - 89.69%
Graduation - 8.63 CGPA
Chartered Accountant
CFA Charterholder
GRE - 323
2+ years of Work Experience
Currently working in a Big4 as an Investment Banking Associate

Dear ParthMody

We can see some clear highlights in your profile with decent academics, good work experience and consistent efforts towards upskilling through the CFA charter. All this will hold your profile in good stead. The GRE score certainly has room for improvement, but we would only recommend reattempting and waiting it out for subsequent admission rounds if you had scored significantly higher in mocks during your preparation phase.

One must not forget that GRE score is just one aspect of the application and whether or not you get a shortlist for an interview will depend a lot on how you are able to impactfully put together your application, bringing out your authentic self and highlighting key impact stories from your life growing up, your studies and your work experience.

We have collated our thought on the admissions essays on a this blog which might be helpful. The same can be accessed at : https://www.teamfly.org/post/isb-pgp-ad ... sive-guide

Further, we have presented our thoughts on R3 admissions cycle and debunked few common myths in the video accessible at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2z0sEqXTYKc

We would be eager to get to know your profile better and assist you with your application. For a more detailed discussion on your profile, please feel free to block a 15 min session with us at : https://calendly.com/reachusfly/15min/

Warm regards,
