Work experience:
Highlight- 
1. Founded my first company when I was 18 in 2019, we deal in government school supplies.
2. Founded an NGO in 2020 during Covid. We have been awarded innovation awards and other top NGO awards in India by renowned personalities. My NGO has directly helped over 30,000 families during and after Covid by providing them with supplies such as food and other relief material. Now we are developing new websites and apps through which people can donate with 100% transparency as this is the major problem in this industry. I handle 10-15 employees and over 500 interns a year. 
Other Work-
1. Started my first business when I was only 16, selling stuff on amazon, had a turnover of over $20,000 but was shutdown during COVID.
2. Started another startup when I was 17, it was based on creating mockups of people in different costumes.

Extra Curricular:
Teaching Volunteer at Government schools

Recommendations: I can get recommendations from member of Parliament and police chief of my area as I work with them through the NGO.

Goal with MBA: I am at a point in my journey where the organisation needs to hire more people and have a proper structure. I believe MBA can help me in taking the organisation to the next level. Learning from the top B schools, will give me insights in achieving this goal.

Hi Manurao,
Here's my take on your application strength:
1) While your credentials seem solid in the first read, you WILL need a sound story to show the driving factors, the passion, and the criticality of your role in your achievements, such that you can demonstrate a unifying theme across these accomplishments.
2) Looking at your goals, most of the T7 may actually find a lack of congruence with what you need vs what studies in a different geography (namely US) can provide. I would even hazard saying you may need a much deeper analysis of your goals, and whether the goals make logical sense in the Short and the Long Term
3) Your GMAT is Stellar, and by DU standards, the GPA should also translate to BETTER converted GPAs. So, you WILL be a person of interest to any university you apply to
4) For the Recommendations, it may be GOOD to have them from the people you mention, but it is IMPORTANT to have them from people who may know your work better.

Overall, based merely on the information you have given, with a very strong application you may look at admission to T7 with good scholarships, but without a unifying theme, and basis purely the data you have provided, you stand a good chance with 15-25.

Most of the skills of successful business people depend heavily on emotional intelligence. Without interacting with people from different cultures, hierarchies, and motivations, it is difficult to understand the realities on the ground, even if you know all the management concepts. Since many MBA candidates will be working in a consulting capacity, having a strong social impact experience before and during the MBA program can set you apart from the crowd. Although the top MBA programs focus heavily on the U.S., the problems that plague most of the world's population are not first-world. Governments and non-profits are ineffective at addressing problems of this magnitude. If you can gain relevant experience with a leading organization in this space after your MBA, the experience as a professional who has worked in a highly systematized and incentive-based environment would improve the effectiveness of nonprofits you work at in the future. I would recommend looking for schools that offer 1. opportunities to get involved in social projects and social entrepreneurship in real time 2. A range of courses/electives in this area. The best programs go beyond merely offering a few courses. They provide specializations, concentrations, experiential learning opportunities, and consulting projects specifically tailored to this. 3. Have a dedicated social impact (and entrepreneurship) center You must do research on the schools yourself, but if you are considering US schools, I can tell Berkeley Haas, Booth, Kellog, Yale and Sloan are top candidates known for strong standing in social impact. If you are interested in the EU-UK, Oxford and INSEAD are excellent choices for social impact. You need to craft a compelling application that effectively highlights your achievements, the impact you have created and your potential to be a future business leader who can uphold the reputation of the school. Show how an MBA will bridge any skill gaps and provide you with the necessary knowledge and network to scale your organization effectively. Seeing that you have run businesses since an early age, admissions committees will probably wonder why you would need an MBA. What would you gain from an MBA that you cannot gain through real-life business experience. Focus on explaining this and creating a nice story that connects everything in your profile. You will then have a solid application for T7. About recommendations, the content and credibility of the recommendations are more important than the position of the recommender. A well-written letter of recommendation from someone who has closely worked with you and can speak to your accomplishments and potential will carry more weight than a generic recommendation from a high-ranking individual who may not have a deep understanding of your abilities.
