- 3 years of experience by application submission, 4 years by matriculation
- 1 year by app. Product manager at a fintech unicorn
- 1 year. Product manager at a logistics unicorn
- 1 year. Sales at a startup

- Part-time lecturer
- E-commerce entrepreneur (closed down)
- Pro-bono consultant at a global NGO

Great profile! Wonderful depth and a very interesting story.
You should be a viable candidate for nearly all of the schools on your list. Stanford and Wharton are toughies but you should definitely apply. For someone of your caliber, I wouldn't worry too much about the GMAT, but it's the one element of your profile that's slightly below average. No pressure to retake but if you could get 20 or more points, that would really help.
