Hello!
Looking for some advice regarding applying to some deferred MBA programs this April- schools like Sloan, HBS, Wharton, Columbia
American female of Asian background. I attend a top 50 school and am earning my BS and MS concurrently in Engineering. I've completed two internships with Raytheon, and a third with PwC where I have accepted a full-time offer in Management Consulting post-grad. GPA: 3.7. Hoping to get rec letters from supervisors from each co-op.
Extracurriculars: very involved in my sorority and an Engineering Business Fellowship program. Have held part time jobs as on campus tutor, research assistant, and course assistant.
I took the GMAT recently and received a 690- 46Q/40V/8IR/6AWA. I'm thinking I probably should retake- but open to any feedback here! This is the biggest question for me as the April deadlines are fast approaching and not sure how to best improve my score or if I shouldn't bother with a retake.

Congrats on your PwC offer! It also sounds like you're thinking ahead to the April deadlines.
I actually think you still have time to retake the GMAT - and I would strongly encourage you to do so. From what you're saying, it sounds like your score of 690 may not fully reflect your academic strengths as compared to your GPA of 3.7.
The average GMAT scores at the schools on your list average around 720/730. The closer you can get to the average, the more competitive you will be.
Other than that, the rest of your profile looks promising to me - active extracurriculars, good internships.
