While I can't quantify your chances (the process is too unpredictable for that) I do think you have a solid chance with these schools if your applications are executed with excellence and you make a strong case for why each program is a good fit for you based on its culture and resources.

Regarding the quant course - if you have As in those undergrad courses, perhaps a supplemental course is not as necessary. The AdComs indeed review the transcripts closely. If you have not taken statistics though, I highly recommend that one, as it is a foundational course in the core MBA curriculum so it will also serve as good preparation in addition to reinforcing your academic abilities.

Hope that helps!

I think that the target and stretch schools you've identified make sense. I wouldn't necessarily count out Booth (it's roughly as competitive as your other stretch schools). Ross is just about as competitive as Kellogg these days, so I would also add Fuqua to your target list.

Realistically, what are the odds and chances of getting in to these schools if the application is executed properly? Is the work experience + GMAT + Ugrad School + Major strong enough?

Additionally, I do ideally hope that with my GMAT re-take, I land a high score.
I to intend to have a larger volunteer presence and will take your advice on being more proactive in it.

One of the items you mentioned in your comment is additional coursework. I understand the need to off-set the lower GPA. Only question I have with that is - I have harder Mathematics and quantitative classes [Calc II, Calc III, Differential Eq, Linear Algebra, Power Systems Analysis & Distribution Systems Analysis (Newton Raphson), and E&M (Laplace and Fourier Transforms)] with above average grades. Even in this instance, would you recommend taking a supplemental math for management sort of course?

Would just the extra A look better - do the Adcoms look through the entire transcript to see what sort of courses the students excel in?
