Hi,
You have a decent profile and have checked most of the boxes required for a successful admit - Decent academic score, good internship experience, startup founder. This all looks great on paper. My suggestion would be to tie them all up together into a coherent story that shows your motivation and career plans. Your goals need to be aligned with the B-school's offerings. It would be good to discuss with an alumni member or admissions expert to understand how to pitch your candidacy for the programs.
Ideally a GMAT score of 730+ will be competitive. Remember that GMAT is not the only criteria for admission so focus on building a holistic profile with inspirational and engaging stories.
That said, you can also look into these programs as well:
Yale Silver Scholar's Program
Columbia Deferred Program
MIT Sloan Early Admission
Booth Scholars Program
