Hi Everyone,
I would be applying to a lot of deferred MBA programs, HBS, GSB, UVA Darden, Columbia, Emory, etc.
Background: Indian, Male, 21yrs
Education: B.Tech Environmental Engineering, 9.1 CGPA, IIT, Dhanbad; Minor Specialisation in Finance, IIT Dhanbad
Internships: 1. In Coal India( India's largest coal-producing company and world 5th , Its a PSU) as an Environmental Trainee
2. Tata Steel (One of India's largest steel producers) as an Environmental Intern
I have started a marketing company, which works with various tribal groups in India to sell their products on a global stage. We have started our own e-commerce site and have good placement of our product in different states of India.
Kindly guide me on the GMAT Mark I should be aiming for and my chances in the above mentioned deferred MBA programs.

Sounds like you have a great profile!
IIT degree with exceptional GPA, great internships and especially an interesting entrepreneurial initiative that really differentiated you from the rest! I also think / hope you can discuss here some managerial skillsets and learnings (on marketing, finance, 3rd party management, client management etc.) vs. your internships which were probably a bit more "technical".
We work with many deferred applicants with GMATs in the range of 680-780 GMAT. How much should you score? Obviously, the higher the better, but as you do come from a competitive overrepresented background, the higher 700s would be best
