Dear
HarshKadu,
Below is my analysis of your profile:
10th /12th : Below Average (specially 12th)
Undergrad : Below Average - neither the pedigree of the institution nor the GPA helps you standout.
Work Ex: While the quantum of Work Ex is decent, you face stiff competition from thousands of other applicants applying from similar IT services companies. Hence, you don't have a lot of room for differentiation here.
ECs: Since you haven't mentioned anything I am assuming you don't have a lot of things to show for.
Overall, I believe that you will need to really work on building a strong profile to differentiate yourself in this competitive pool of India Male IT applicants. Some of the things you can do are : take up a extremely impactful project at work, if possible get some international experience, switch jobs to a startup / product focused company, build a community, get involved in a community engagement etc. You might want to go through this blog -

I am an ISB alum,CO15, and a decade back, I was in a similar situation as yours and hence can completely empathize with your position. Feel free to get in touch with me in case you seek help.
Cheers and Best of Luck !!
Do make the next 12 months count !!!
