With a good GMAT score do I have a chance or should I just forget ISB and focus on other schools.

No, you should not forget about ISB. However, gaining an additional year of work experience would definitely be helpful.

Yes, getting a good score is important; however, putting forth a set of compelling essays is equally important. So, focus on why you need the PGP, what your post PGP plans are, and what are the strengths that set you apart.

You should ideally gain ~36 months of work experience and a score in excess of 655 FE to have a competitive shot at ISB.
