Hi shaqtank,
Thanks for posting your profile. I think your work experience is in the sweet spot of what schools are looking for - not only do you have a solid 5+ years of work experience, you also have been doing well (promotions, increasing responsibilities). Additionally, you also have international work experience across Asia.
I also like that you were a student athlete and student leader who helped to start an NGO. Are you still involved with "Mentor for Change" now? If so, that's great because the Admissions Committee (AdCom) likes to see demonstrated leadership experiences both during undergrad, at work, and outside of work.
As for your academics, if you can get your GMAT score above 700, that should be in the competitive range for the schools on your list, although the average GMAT at INSEAD does hover around 720. So the closer you can get to 720, the more competitive you'd be.
Overall, I think you have a lot going for you in your work and extracurriculars. Also make sure to check with each school how your Post-Grad Diploma in Management will be viewed in the application. Wishing you the best in your MBA journey!
Best,
Debbie
