I am looking to study either a one year MBA or a MS in engineering management.
I am only looking for one year courses.
Here is a little bit of background.
10th 84%
12th 76%
BE in Computers - 53%
Age 28.
GMAT 730 (Q48, V42)
I have been working as a software developer for the last seven years.
I have worked in both startups and a globally known MNC.
Worked with both Indian clients and Israeli, American clients on large software projects and have lead small teams.
Have been at forefront of software innovation at all the companies that I have worked for and made exceptional contributions to the projects that I have worked on.
Have received a couple of awards and accolades from seniors.
No major extra curricular achievements to speak of.
I plan on going into tech product management
The most important factor for me is scholarships as I do not wish spend much money. I am looking for around 70% to 100% scholarship.
As a result, I am willing to look for lower ranked colleges.
Can you let me know what colleges I can target or what my strategy should begoing forward?

The 1-Year MBA is going to be very tough. These programs are highly competitive and your background isn't exactly right for these programs since you do not come from a deep business background and did not study business at the undergraduate level. Plus, if you are looking for nearly a full-ride, it's going to shorten that list even more.
As for the MS in Engineering Management, you should take a look at the following programs:
Virginia Tech
Texas A&M
Georgia Tech
Florida
Texas (Austin)
Lehigh
We left off higher ranked programs as those might be difficult if you are really prioritizing the full ride. These programs are also located in low cost of living cities to help.

I had a couple of questions.
1. Are the MS programs just as generous with scholarships as the MBA programs in the same colleges?
2. Any one year MBA programs that fit my requirements?
