I am always reluctant to recommend anyone apply to H/S/W with CBS as the only backup and especially and ORM, to be honest, even though your role sounds very interesting and I imagine you could contribute a lot to the classroom coming from a strategy role. Stats are great, awesome you went to a good school; 760 would be even better for GSB but these are great. I like the Econ major on top of the business major which is more rigorous and shows well. I definitely recommend you have a recommender speak to your role in the DE&I program, that is awesome.
My concern with your ECs are, are these long term where you have achieved a tangible impact, you can speak to in essays or have recommenders state the problem/action/impact? ECs are a way to separate yourself from others with your profile and make you more relatable/memorable/likeable. If you can should yourself as someone with a "habit of leadership" and well-rounded I think the odds are good, but I would encourage you to apply more broadly through T10.
