Harvard and Stanford are going to be really tough in general, but especially for candidates with a component or two that's "below" average. It might not be a big deal, but it could also weight heavily on your application. It's hard to say for sure.
It's still a good idea to apply, but you should definitely focus equally (if not more) on the Haas, Fuqua, and Tepper applications. You obviously stand a much better chance at those programs.
Lastly, you'll need to work on refining your short-term goals. Those are two very popular options, so make sure they tie well to your pre-MBA experience and post-MBA goal in a well-thought out way.
