Hi
austinmba - thanks for reaching out to Stratus! I'd be happy to answer your questions.
Despite being an ORM, you have some standout elements on your profile--a unique combo of UG degrees and your more recent work experience. However, you do have low stats when it comes to GPA, GMAT, and no recent volunteer experience. You've got some GMAT studying to do (and an optional essay for your GPA) if T15 FT MBAs are your goal.
To answer your Q, I think they'll view you in both buckets, with a heavier weight on your more current work experience--especially if you connect that story well to your post-MBA goals in your essays.
If you want to reach out for a free consult, I or anyone on our Stratus team would be glad to explain more about the steps you should be taking to get to your best applications. I see some great, unique elements in your profile. Creating a compelling narrative is something we help our clients with every single day--connecting the dots from your past to where you want to go in your future will help the adcom determine how much they want to invest in you and your story.
