Hi Mega1234, thanks for reaching out!
Your GPA is excellent, especially given you attended an IIT. And your GMAT is great too, I have no concerns about your academic credentials. Don't worry about your IR, it's still not as important as the other sections and I don't think a 4 will raise any red flags.
Your work experience sounds very strong too -- I like the exposure to a different country, the interaction with various parties in the field, and the promotion. You should have a lot of transferable skills to move into consulting. I would recommend thinking about the kind of consulting you say you want to do in your essays -- it's possible that schools will see moving from a more technical background to strategy consulting as too big of a leap, but something like operations consulting could be a better fit. You should also research specific firms, practice areas, etc. so you are prepared to discuss how you will land a consulting job.
The only weakness I see is current extracurriculars. Things from undergrad don't "count" as much and high school activities are not relevant at this point. I realize this could be difficult if your job is demanding and in the field.
As far as schools, I think you should target a range of schools in the top 25. I think the very top schools - H/S/W - could be quite tough for you. I see a lot of strengths and differentiation in your profile but your demographic is very competitive. Schools like MIT, Kellogg, Tuck strike me as possible good fits with your interest in consulting and global perspective. And then perhaps you mix in a few safer options like Cornell, Tepper, Duke, etc. There are lots of factors to consider when picking schools though (aside from just stats and ranking) so you should check out our free school selection guide here:
