Hello Karthik,
To start, you have strong work experience. Admissions committees will be impressed that you have successfully introduced learning practices to different units, and that you have showed leadership by leading that team of 6. Even though you have more experience than the average applicant, your post-MBA goal of product management is realistic and it is a role I feel you will succeed in. Keep in mind though, that many applicants with your background have that goal – so be sure to cite how transferable your past experiences are.
I really like the personal side to your profile as well, considering you have been a volunteer in different groups. If you can convey that you were heavily involved in them, schools should have no doubt that you will make an impact outside of the classroom.
Your stats are also strong, although if you can improve your GMAT score to closer to the average of your demographic – more like a 740+ - that will improve your chances even further. I think you do have a chance at the target schools you listed, but they will be quite competitive to gain admission, so I would suggest you consider some slightly “safer” choices, such as Foster, McCombs and Boston University, which are also strong in product management.
Good luck!
