Achievements : 1) Introduced Data science and Machine learning practices to 2 major business units in Citrix R and D , resulting in a revenue of ~200$ millions.

You should be a viable candidate. On the plus side, you have some really interesting work accomplishments (that are quantifiable), a healthy amount of meaningful extracurricular activities and a seemingly good connection between your pre- and potential post-MBA career. On the negative side, your GMAT is good but not stellar for a 30-year old Indian candidate and your work experience does not seem like anything truly out of the box, though that's not a dealbreaker. Would you consider retaking the exam prior to the fall applications? You have nothing to lose because you have banked a 720, but you could really improve your chances by going up 20+ points. NYU Stern is probably a coin toss but the others should be in your range.
2) What according to you should be my target schools for product management ?
If I were you, I'd also add McCombs (UT Austin), Haas (UC Berkeley) and Anderson (UCLA) to your list. Stern and Tepper are great choices. Sloan (MIT) and Kellogg (Northwestern) will be a stretch but you can add them to your list if you'd like more reaches.
