On the surface, yes, they do. These post-MBA goals go through a ton of scrubbing so the finer points definitely need to be examined carefully.
2) What areas should I focus my essays on most in your opinion?
That's very hard to say from this profile. We run Discovery calls which are basically diagnostic interviews with our clients. They are designed to understand the depths of your personal and professional experiences in a way that allows our trained consultants to see patterns and focus areas for your essays.
