· Education: Top Business School of the country, CGPA 3.45, Finance Major
· GMAT or GRE: GMAT 710 (Q45, V44, IR 6, Waiting for AWA in official score report)
· Work experience: Total 6 years in two multinational banks. Currently in a client facing role in the corporate banking department. 3 different roles in two banks – no promotion but shifted to second bank with a higher grade. Working with colleagues and clients from diverse sectors and different parts of the world. Previously led and still leading important bank projects. Won high value business deals.
· Extracurricular activities: Leading a team in the Diversity & Inclusion Group of Employer, Sponsoring underprivileged children’s education from marginalized communities, Participated and won championship in business case competitions and business idea competitions during university, Was an active cultural performer (dancing, singing) in university events, Love to explore and travel
· Post-MBA goals: Consulting
· Target schools: Top Tier US/Canada B Schools
· Other information relevant to your profile: Low income background, first female within extended family to join corporate workspace
· Please suggest B schools suited to my profile and goal and where I may stand a chance of securing scholarship. Also, should I retake GMAT ?

Thanks for posting your profile! I think you have a lot of strengths in your profile - from a robust work background and trajectory and solid academics, to active extracurriculars.
If you decide to apply with your 710 GMAT score, I think you will be competitive at US business schools like Cornell, Duke, Carnegie Mellon, UCLA where the average GMAT score of the incoming class is close to your score. These schools will all give you a well-rounded MBA education to pivot into consulting.
On the other hand, you asked if you should retake your GMAT. This depends on how much higher of a score you think you could get, and how much time you have to study for it. Certainly a higher GMAT score will make you competitive at more selective schools where the average GMAT score is higher.
