• Organized weekly classes, health camps for underprivileged kids.
• Led initiatives that helped underprivileged primary school dropouts find scholarships and rejoin school.
• Organized multiple city-level charity fundraising events.
Studies:
• Engineering in Information Technology.
• CGPA of 7.25 which converts to 4/4 GPA (Not sure about the conversion process; Will update once I confirm)
• Co-authored a research paper which was later on published in ‘Recent Developments in Machine Learning and Data Analytics. Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing, vol 740. Springer, Singapore.’
Post MBA Goals: change to Consulting(preferably IT-Consulting)
Colleges: Mostly focusing on European or SE Asian Colleges. USA Colleges MBA are way more expensive. But might consider if I get into the Top 5
Challenges: I won't be applying to more than 3/4 Business schools due to the high application fees of most schools.
Q1: For USA colleges, it is a must for me to have scholarships. Do I stand a chance at that in top US colleges (Fuqua, Chicago, Michigan, NYU) and yes, which among these? Or should I be realistic and focus on the more affordable (comparatively) European schools?
Q2: What are my chances at INSEAD, LBS, HEC, IESE and Rotman? Given my profile, do they fall under the "ambitious" category?
Q3: With my profile, how competitive will be admission to NUS for me?
Thanks a lot for your time and help, I'm looking forward to your reply.
Thanks,
AM
