- Worked as consultant to the Central Department of the Government of India on QCI’s behalf (National Certifying body of India, ranked 5th globally), reporting directly to the senior bureaucrats [ Union Secretary to Government of India and Additional Secretary to Government of India, both senior IAS officers] in formulating and implementing various CPGRAMS-related initiatives, which serves as a 24x7 available online platform for the nation, leveraged by the millions of Indian citizens to lodge their grievances with public authorities
- Conceptualized CPGRAMS Monthly Report for both Central Ministries/Departments (90) and States/UTs (36) thereby establishing a monitoring process. Report includes detailed analysis on types and categories of Public Grievances, Corruption related grievances, Last mile Level pendency, Nature of disposal category wise, Ministry/Department wise and State/UT wise thereby encouraging the Ministries/Departments to update and re-engineer their processes leading to holistic. effective and efficient resolution of grievances. 12 Monthly Reports for Central Ministries/Departments, 9 Monthly Reports for States/UTs and CPGRAMS Annual Report 2022 have been published till 31st May 2023 (issuals to senior most bureaucrats pan-India). Published major categories of grievances being received by the Top 35 public facing Ministries/Departments as well. Impact includes the lowest ever pendency recorded in Central Secretariat with ~ 60 k grievances pending as of 31st May 2023, disposal crossing 1 lakh grievances/month for Central Ministries/Departments and 50,000 grievances/month for States/UTs and reduction in Average Grievance Redressal Time to all time low of 16 Days for Central Ministries/Departments as of May, 2023 [PIB releases / media coverage of reports by national and regional print papers]
- Assisted the Department in conducting monthly reviews of all Central Ministries/Departments and all States/UTs, in compliance with the directions of the Prime Minister’s Office
- Analyzed the performance of the Department of Health & Family Welfare on directions of Prime Minister’s Office, identified bottlenecks and made key recommendations leading to massive reduction in their citizen pendency of grievances. Submitted white paper on the flagship scheme of the Indian Government i.e., Ayushman Bharat, to the department
- Conceptualized the Interim Grievance Redressal Index which ranks all Ministries/Departments and published the same for the first time in the CPGRAMS Monthly Report of June 2022, in compliance with the observations of Parliamentary Standing Committee, thereby promoting healthy competition between Central Ministries/Departments and paving the way for the holistic Grievance Redressal Index
- Conceptualized the Interim Grievance Redressal Index which ranks all the States/UTs and published the same for the first time in the CPGRAMS Monthly Report of May 2023, in compliance with the observations of Parliamentary Standing Committee, thereby promoting healthy competition between States/UTs
- Assisted the Department in conducting the Capacity Building Programmes of the Indian Grievance Redressal Officers organized by the Department, over various phases and imparted knowledge
- Assisted the Department in operationalizing the 50-seater BSNL Feedback Call Centre which collects feedback from the citizen within 24 hours of their grievances getting redressed (Around 400k calls made/feedback collected till May,23). Submitted the white paper on the audit of the call centre (later adopted by the department) as well to increase its efficiency
- Identified habitual complainants clogging the system, leading to the policy decision of limit of 10 grievances/month/citizen
- Provided comprehensive inputs on the dashboards leveraging Artificial Intelligence technology, developed by knowledge partners of the Department namely, Data Strategy Unit [ set-up on recommendations of think tank of Indian Government i.e., NITI Aayog] and IIT Kanpur to make them holistic as well as more Grievance Redressal Officer friendly and assisted in the rolling out of the dashboards to all the Central Ministries/Departments
- Assisted the Department in conducting the Chintan Shivir 2023 and developing the way forward for a modern and effective Public Grievance System (presented to PMO). Chintan Shivir is the annual brain storming session conducted by each Ministry/Department
- Assisted the Department in curation of material for updating the Social Media handles (Twitter, Facebook) with the ongoing initiatives and work, best practices, to increase the citizen awareness
