Two main questions
1. Will my AW and IR scores have a negative impact on my application at all and if so is this something I should address in my essays? (IR I missed submitting the last question by a split second, got an 8 on a previous exam. AW I am really not sure what happened there, I usually do better)
2. Are my target schools too lofty where I should perhaps reconsider the Booth application in favor of a more realistic target or is my profile good enough to where I could consider shooting another application to MIT Sloan?

1. Will my AW and IR scores have a negative impact on my application at all and if so is this something I should address in my essays? AW I am really not sure what happened there, I usually do better) I wouldn't worry too much about those scores. Quant and Verbal sections are typically the most important. It doesn't seem worth retaking just to improve those sections. And with AWA they have your essays to evaluate too. If you scored higher on a previous exam, then I would just submit both scores, even if the overall score was lower on the other attempt.
2. Are my target schools too lofty where I should perhaps reconsider the Booth application in favor of a more realistic target or is my profile good enough to where I could consider shooting another application to MIT Sloan? I actually think you have a nice mix of schools. Booth is on the competitive side but that's what reaches are for
and from what I can see you have a strong profile. MIT actually has a lower acceptance rate (smaller class size than Booth) so if you're comfortable with that added risk, and like the program, then I would give it a shot.
