I kindly request your assessment of my profile.
Demographics
I'm going to be 27–28 at the time of applying. White male from Ukraine.
Education
I have a bachelor's degree from a top regional university with a major in automotive transport. GPA: 3.27 out of 4 (first in the class).
I have a master's degree from the same university with the same major. GPA: 3.5 out of 4 (second in the class).
GMAT
GMAT 670 (V35, Q47, IR 4, AWA 5). Fifth attempt.
Work experience
So far, I have 3 years of WE as a software developer with much remote international exposure. I had 2 promotions. I volunteered to take on some Scrum Master responsibilities and mentored junior developers. So, I conducted sprint planning and sprint retrospectives and got some quantifiable achievements.
I worked remotely, part-time, during the same years as a quality assurance analyst/ English content editor for a Canadian company and have some quantifiable achievements there as well.
Before these two jobs, I created a small start-up company that failed. I learned some lessons from this experience and can elaborate on that in my application.
I will work for around 1 year more in IT and want to switch to finance.
Extracurricular activities
No notable extracurricular activities, just several hobbies.
Post-MBA goals
Ideally, it is a finance job in the IB in the USA, but I'm ok with less prestigious jobs in finance.
Target schools
Probably good regional schools like UF Florida, Herbert Miami, Simon, Fordham, and Questrom. Maybe UNC?
Unfortunately, I didn't operate billions of dollars or manage hundreds of HBS folks.

I do feel that you have a solid chance at the schools you mentioned, even UNC. The application process is truly holistic, and committees will look at your stats (GPA and GMAT), work experience, and extracurriculars.
Your GPA is decent, and you should mention that it is first in your class. Your GMAT is also about the average of some of the schools you mentioned. However, you may still want to illustrate to the schools that you have the academic ability to succeed in the classroom. You could showcase your quant ability in your resume, your recommenders could do the same in their recommendations, or you could even take a supplemental course such as stats or calculus. That would boost your profile.
It is hard to gauge your work experience without knowing your accomplishments and impact you have made there. It is nice to see that you have already been promoted. Really focus on your leadership at work, which is something not all software developers can mention. Ideally this will be supported by strong recommendation letters as well. It will also be important to explain why you want your MBA, and to also illustrate the skills you already have which are transferable. Be sure your story makes sense, and is realistic and specific.
Regarding extracurriculars, you still have time! And make sure to really emphasize your leadership roles you have taken on.
I suggest applying to several schools, including reach, target and safety, and it seems like you are already thinking like this with your current school selection, so that is great to see.
