Hello,
I am an Indian Male (35 years old). I took GMAT last month and got a score of 650 (Q49/V29/IR7/AWA 4.5). I have 12 years of experience in IT in India and Netherlands (1.5 years). Working as a Database Consultant in one of the US based IT giant. I have an Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from one of the Indian top university (ranked 5th in the country).
Outside the work I am involved in many extra curricular activities like leading an NGO, directing a documentary film, running a small cafe in the neighbourhood etc.
I was looking for a one year MBA, primarily in Europe. My main concern is my experience, which is on the higher side.

Can you please suggest me which programs should I target, whether it would be good to go for an MBA at this age and how should I prepare my application?

You have a lot of experience for an MBA student. In Europe, the top MBA schools really are INSEAD and LBS. Honestly, you might be directed towards an EMBA (LBS has a good one).

Your GMAT is low, but these EMBA degrees tend to focus more on work experience than test scores. Might help you. Bout all the help I can offer since this is really a forum for MSF questions.
