Hi, nanoname - thanks for writing in. It's always challenging to predict chances off of a slim list of credentials, especially when details are obscured...but I'd say that you have some good things working in your favor (strong employer, good GMAT, GPA) and some things that might be more challenging in the process (Indian software engineers are well represented, so there's a lot of competition, and I'm not sure what school you are applying from or what you've done on the job that's outstanding from an MBA skills perspective vs. a software perspective, i.e., the hackathons). Those might be evident if I knew more about the extracurricular role with the product you developed. Also I wonder what are the goals you're aiming at, and where are you trying to end up after school? MBA programs tend to care a lot about students' readiness and preparation to make the most of the program, so make sure you've got clear and logical goals that make sense with an MBA path (esp since you are aiming at one year programs), execute well, and apply to a good list of reach, target and safer schools for admission. Make sure to bring out your impact and leadership in your more recent years on your resume and in your essays; college activities are good to have, but often long ago...they want to know what you've been doing more recently too! I think your list of schools looks like a good place to start, but I don't really know what you're trying to do so it's hard to suggest other names. Good luck!
Warmly,
Julie-Anne Heafey
