· Other coursework or post-undergraduate education: Post Graduate Diploma in Banking Operations
· GMAT or GRE or EA score (include section breakdown): 600 Q43 and V28
· Work experience
amount of work experience : 51 months of experience in Fraud and chargeback operations for the Natwest group, a leading bank in UK. Some of the job responsibilities involves identifying and investigating Fraudulent transactions and finding process improvement ideas.
Industry : Banking and Financial Services
Role: Customer Service and Operations ( Fraud Operations)

Hi EtaCarnia, gosh, I am mostly familiar with top MBA programs in the US and Europe, and yes, there are programs that are currently waiving the GMAT within that group that are excellent schools, but those are likely still going to be difficult. These schools include MIT Sloan, UVA Darden, Michigan Ross, Indiana Kelley, UNC Kenan-Flagler, Cornell/Cornell Tech and I believe UT McCombs. However, you usually need to be approved at most of these for a test waiver and the requirements can be rigorous. Even if you do get approved, there will usually be more scrutiny at other parts of your application, like your GPA.
I am not sure what you mean by "good" -- often this means "selective" to some candidates...which makes this a challenging problem to solve. I would say that in the US, you want to look at schools outside the top 25; alternatively you can consider perhaps some online programs? I think you're smart to be looking at Canada -- try there, and then adjust. Remember that business schools are looking for accomplishments (so your savings initiative is good) over responsibilities, and leadership qualities not just participation. Good luck!!!
