Hi again, well, I'm not super familiar with the Canadian programs with lower averages, or which programs in Canada are waiving the GMAT, but glancing at the averages for top 20 Canadian programs, I'd be focused on the lower half, ones with averages under 600...looks like DeGroote could fit that (and has a waiver); Alberta and Sauder might be tougher to crack. It looks like Schulich might have a waiver. You have to check program by program, though, and see what the requirements are; sometimes you need to meet certain requirements or complete a petition.
