Hi
Legendkt10, thanks for reaching out to
mbaMission. With your current profile, you do have enough work experience to apply, but you also have the flexibility to wait and apply in the next cycle. At most business schools, the average work experience is around 5 years when students start. In particular, it might help your profile to apply once you've had a full year under your belt at Deloitte (assuming that is your current employer) as that would show stronger commitment and potentially allow you to show more results and/or secure stronger recommendation letters.
Also take a step back and think about whether you could use the extra year to meaningfully improve your profile. Do you have any extracurricular activities? If not, then starting 1 or 2 now would be a great way to improve your profile to apply next cycle. Or if you could retake GRE and get your verbal score up a bit, that could help too.
Hope that helps!
Kate
