Hi there, and thanks for writing! I'd say overall, you have a well-rounded profile. If you think there a chance you may be able to pick up at least 10 points on the GMAT, I'd say go for it given that you're applying from a relatively competitive demographic. But I like what I see otherwise: high GPA, great career progression and impact, and a track record of meaningful community involvement. I think your list of schools/categories makes sense . I would also consider Fuqua given that it is excellent in healthcare (and a good target school for your profile), and UNC if you want an option safer than Cornell (which is still fairly competitive).
Hope that helps!
Definitely reach out for a free consultation if you'd like to discuss in more detail.

MBA Info
Why I want an MBA: My background is in the healthcare industry in a corporate finance capacity. I plan to recruit for healthcare investment banking during the MBA to help reach my long term goal of corporate development back in the healthcare industry. Right now I'm in medical devices, ideally I'd move to pharma/biotech.
Why I want one now: I'm happy with my career progression so far but to meet my goals I want to pursue an MBA before it gets too hard for me to step away from work for two years (for admissions I'll expand on the skills I've developed and how that'll help me, etc.)
Target schools: Reaches - Kellogg and Ross Targets - Darden, Stern, Fuqua Safety - Johnson
Background
Work experience: I'm currently a senior financial analyst at a F100 healthcare company, I have 3.5 years of experience (4.5 at matriculation) with two promotions. I received my first promotion at the one year mark and my second promotion at the 2.5 year mark. Key work experience to highlight: Creating a forecast for a new contract that was presented to the CEO for his approval, lead four finance training sessions at our annual company conference, created our customer compliance model/process and saved the company approx. $300k based of retroactive calculations, created the division's variance analysis process, made the division $50k profit due to finding and enforcing a contract provision, created a model to forecast the profitability of a $30M contract amendment, and some others I won't list my whole resume. Recipient of four employee recognition awards, two given to me by Vice President's, one from my manager, and another from a separate manager.
Extra curriculars and other experience: Youth mentor for underprivileged kids focusing on college and career research/prep, volunteered with a local food bank to get food to the elderly and food insecure, charity 5k, and a couple small things during undergrad.
Undergrad school/major: Un-ranked state school, finance major
Other education/coursework: N/A
Race/nationality: White
Sex: M
Stats
GMAT Score: 720 (47Q / 41V)
Undergrad GPA: Community College - 3.72 University - 3.92 Summa Cum Laude
Concerns: My undergrad schools are very far from prestigious. GMAT is about average for my demographic. Corporate finance experience is kind of vanilla although I do have solid progression, achievements, and employee rewards.
