School name - Future Institute of engineering and management.

First job - Birla tyres production department as GET 2012 June-2014 Jan.

Second job - Deputy manager Sales 2014 Feb to 2015June. (Major achievement - Started a different vertical of operation for the company - Company was small and didn't have interstate operation, which I had basically started. Owner is a former hbs passout and will provide LoR).

2015June to 2016 Dec - Tata Bluescope Steel (Market development executive - Achievement - Clearance of outstanding of the biggest project of the company, worth 12M).

Dec-16 to Current - Godrej and Boyce Manufacturing Co (Asst manager-business development). Have already brought back 2 major lost clients. Also leading in guiding the Zonal team in one of the most important method of Procurement changes within the government.

I was always interested in understanding company operations and how different companies operate and sell. Sales is undoubtedly the position I found from which u get to learn the most about company operations mostly because u have to follow up in customization of orders for which u have to follow up and have a basic understanding of how every department works.

So I want to get into Operations management and get into consulting.

My target score is 720 and above.

What would be my prospects.

Also I am really confused if I should quit my current job as it's definitely demanding and takes at least 14-15 hrs a day which is hampering my Preps as well.

But quitting job is not seen lightly by the selectors.

Community service - Nothing much.
Sports - I was the junior rep in tennis for once of the biggest clubs.
Leadership skills - No degree to back up my claims, hence not getting there.

Can u help me with the evaluation now, it's very important, and i am pending on major decisions because I don't know where I am standing exactly.

Best regards

Firs t of all a piece of advice:
Do NOT quit your job to do your application! That would be a colossal mistake. Because it significantly weakens your profile to be unemployed at the time of application.

Second, for your evaluation, it is very hard to say without a GMAT, but assuming a GMAT of 710/720 I would say your range would lie within the 10-30 schools. Top 10 would be out of range as you lack the prestigious school or job which would bring them within range, but if you can lock down a great GMAT, then many other top schools will be open for you.

I hope this helps!
And best of luck!
