Hi again,

Lots of schools offer general management options, so consider more specifics of your post-MBA goals and which schools fit best with that or have the best connections to your desired industry. But generally I think the top 5-7 schools in the US are still going to be tough for you. I think schools in the 10-20 range are more your sweet spot. Schools like Duke (already on your list), Darden, Michigan, UNC, Emory, etc. You could try for Tuck as a reach perhaps.

Good luck!
Kate

Thank you Kate.

I finished mu UG in 2013 from a reputed National level Engineering college.

Rite now I am working as a Research Engineer in a government organization C-DOT for the past 3 years. I work with the product development and validation teams here. I am more into validating the products and send them for the field deployment. I Will be promoted to Senior Research Engineer by November'16 most probably.

I am planning to do MBA in General Management.

Extra curricular : I have participated in many of my College National level events : Dance, B-Plan Competition and was an active member of many clubs in the college, both technical and cultural.

I volunteered for NSS Shiksha for the 4 years of college. I used to teach under-privileged children and arranged many events for them.

I am a singer and I was a member of musical band at C-DOT.

I play badminton and have won many prizes at the school level.

I will be applying in R2. Which schools should I target for based on my profile above ?
