I can think of a few programs to consider for Product Development

1) Carnegie Mellon Integrated Product Devlpmnt Track
https://business.tepper.cmu.edu/default.aspx?id=142619

2) BYU PD Track as well as joint degree
https://marriottschool.byu.edu/mba/curriculum/tracks.cfm

3) Penn State (Smeal)
https://www.smeal.psu.edu/mba/market.html

Product Development can include a number of domains including (inter alia) Marketing, Operations Management, and Strategy. Most of the major MBA schools list at least one course in Product Development.
