I just had my annual review and I have been given a promotion to being a Double Center Manager (managing all sales, P&L, and the teams of 2 locations on Long Island).

I have reported this to my round one schools - I am wondering...would this have any impact on the decision making process?

First of all, congrats on the promotion! :-D
GSB actually asks to provide an updated version of your resume for the use by an interviewer, so, if you manage to pass through the first round of scrutiny and get as far as the interview appointment, this promotion will definitely benefit your porfile.

I think A promotion before MBA is an Icing on cake
Will do wonders to boost ur confidence and speaks volumes of your leadership potential at the interview

way 2 go man congrts

Thanks guys - I def think it will help out, I am just anxious to get accepted like the rest of you. The promotion certainly is nice but it doesnt change my goal of getting an MBA - I hope the ADCOMs like it though.

I could use th eextra cash to save for school.
