450y = n^3
So, if we figure out y so that both sides of the equation have the same power of 3, we can figure out n as well.
Factors of 450 = (3^2)(5^2)(2)
450y = (3^2)(5^2)(2)y = n^3
y can be:
y = (3)(5)(2^2) or 60
Thus,
450y = (3^2)(5^2)(2)y = (3^2)(5^2)(2)*(3)(5)(2^2) = (3^3)(5^3)(2^3) = 30^3
30^3 = n^3
n = 30
So, plug in y = 60 into the 3 choices. The answer is I only.
