Answer is C.
The equation could be setup like this....
2n + 1.5r = 30
In order for r to be an integer, it has to be an even number. (a), (b), (d) are all possible choices but the question is asking for EXCEPT.
Choices left are (c) and (e) and plugging it in, C is the only one that doesn't work.

If we ignore the even ones and suppose the ratio 2:3 is expressed as 4:6, then there is a possibility that we would miss that right?
