Are these correctly punctuated? No recasts please.
I say these do not need hyphens because they're clear, readable and understandable without them. Do you agree?
a $5 million to $10 million a year contract
a $20,000 to $30,000 per year position
a $5 to $10 a month service fee
a $100 a week charge
a $200 million per quarter loss

GMAT SCs are NOT designed to test your punctuation skills (although you will occasionally have to deal with the concept of a semi-colon).
In the broader sense, each of your examples could include dashes (or not) and still be considered 'fine.'
For example:
$100 a week charge
$100-a-week charge
These phrases mean the same thing, so either would be considered acceptable in a sentence.

A hyphen is used to join two parts of a word together.
Ex: super-cool, up-to-date
A dash is used just like a bracket to give emphasis
