Hi ,
I am in a big trouble. I have been a student of e-gmat for some time. My earlier subscription expired once and I paid to extend it for 6 more months. Meanwhile I had a brief interruption in my gmat preparations . when I come back and re-login , I see that the web page has changed , and I am only entitled for the free-trial. I do not understand this. I paid for an extension and my subscription should still be valid. Please help.

Even I had taken the egmat Sentence correction course on 23rd april,2014. In between I had not accessed the course and now I am also facing the same trouble,web page has changed , and I am only entitled for the free-trial.
