Hey I was just wondering if anyone else had a problem with obtaining the access code to take the practice test? I cant even view any of the study lessons. When i put in my information to log onto the lesson it asked did I wanna use a view to take the lesson so I clicked yes. Then when it was gathering the license the page timed out and needed to be refreshed. Well then it asked me did I wanna use view number 2 to take the lesson so i was like no. Can someone plz help me with this product instead of viewing the post and not replying. I also tried calling but noone picks up the phone

Dear Elgin,
Until your note, I thought it was clear that you should email us for the codes to the tests. It is written: "(If you do not have your code for the tests, email us.)"
However, because of your comment, we will soon change the instructions to be clearer. The reason we want students to contact us when they are ready for each test is so that we can forward any new tips we have for taking the test.
We do not work on Saturdays, so we did not answer the phone. However, if you call during the week, we are at the phones from early in the morning until 10am EST. We are available on the internet the rest of the time.
We will reimburse you the false log-on, but I suggest that you check to see if your internet connection is stable.
