For the Purpose of statement, do I need to include my working experience?
If I submitted Purpose of Statement, do I need to submit Persoanl Statement?

There is a difference between Personal Statement and Statement of Purpose. I made the mistake of considering both as same and had typed 1000 words personal statement and then realized the application had asked for statement of purpose. So I had to change the whole thing.

So you need to submit what they asked for. If they asked both, you can include work exp if its relevant in personal statement.

You can read more guidelines in similar threads by searching statement of purpose in forum.

Both Personal statement and SOP should mention the facts which could not be shown in your resume and other documents. So dont repeat if that information is already there in your application.
