I wanted some insight as how to go about pursuing MBA with 12 years Work Experience as an Automation Test Engineer.
I am looking for a full time course but accelerated one. My preference will be to continue working in the tech Industry, but at leadership roles.
Not sure if I am posting this in the right forum- new to GMATCLUB.

Hi newoldbee,
You're ultimately asking Admissions questions, so you would likely find it beneficial to speak with an Admissions Expert about your overall profile and plans. Those Experts should be able to answer your Admissions questions and help define the specific areas of your profile that could use some improvement (and the more time that you have to act on that advice, the better). There's a Forum full of those Experts here:

Approximately 2.5 months ago, one of your posts implied that you were about to begin your GMAT studies. What type of study routine have you been following? Have you taken any practice CATs/mocks (and if you did, then how did you score?)?
