Hi,
Did a quick search and didn't see anything exact so wanted to throw a question out there. I have been scoring consistently around V40 or 41 despite not studying besides SC. On my last GMATPrep test I scored a V41, BUT I got 100% on CR and RC and missed 8 SC questions. I really believe I can push my V score to a 44 or 45. And since I'm shooting for a 730, this is huge since my Quant is weaker (Q42 but still improving).
So does anyone have any resources or recommendations for tackling just SC, especially higher level questions? I've studied through EmpowerGMAT (which I love for quant), but it hasn't done a lot for me for Verbal. Is it just a matter of practice and seeing a lot?
Some final context, I can usually eliminate three answers (as most can) and then get jammed on the last two and it becomes a guessing game. Pacing is not generally an issue as I knock out the RC and CR real quick.

Hi Character! 100% on RC and CR would actually mean that you have the potential to actually go even beyond 45 on Verbal!
Thought I would take this opportunity to mention that our sentence correction book Sentence Correction Nirvana is perhaps the only book that offers a score improvement guarantee.
After reading the book twice (yes! it's an academic book, and so must be read twice in all seriousness, to reinforce the concepts), you will start looking forward to solving SC questions!
The book is available on Flipkart and Amazon.in. You might want to refer to these sites, to also read testimonials of how readers have benefited.

The SC section is the easiest verbal section to make improvements on. Once you understand how to think and approach this question type, there are only so many ways you can be tested. Here at GMAT Pill we developed the 10 core frameworks which detail the 10 ways to approach GMAT sentence corrections.
