Hi guys,
Thank you for reading this **** treatise. I tried to shorten it as much as possible. Would love any thoughts or opinions you have on the best course of action to take. nothing sexy here.
Goal: F500 corpstrat or corpdev
Age: 25
Undergrad: non-ivy biz school in NE, BS in business
GPA: 2.88, dean’s list last two semesters, also took CS classes at Top 5 engineering school (passed 3, withdrew from 1)
ECs: habitat, political association, and a band
Gender: male
Ethnicity: white
Work: 2 years between hs and college at a small compay in sales, and later in sales ops. A few raises, office, but no official promotions. Built their sales ops/QA processes from scratch… trained someone into the role I created when I left.
Since college (graduated 6 months ago) been doing sales at a $6B B2B SaaS co.
My school had a finance requirement that I didn’t take until 1st semester of my senior year, and it was too late to switch
Current plan
1. get an MSF from my alma mater, reset my GPA (graduate at 26)
2. FDLP program (school rep is nonexistent nationally, but well-respected in NE)
3. T15 MBA (graduate at 30-31)
4. T2/T3 BB IB
5. exit to corpdev
How reasonable do u guys think this plan is, what kind of GMAT score would I need to get into a top 15 MBA? Am I heading in the right direction?
Thanks so much for your help!
