PVUE Block error while booking the GMAT exam

Question

Hello everyone!

So I was trying to book my GMAT exam but due to some problem with my credit card, the transaction failed a few times. After that the website started showing "PVUE BLOCK" error code when I try to book the exam. 
I raised a request through the site and a request number was generated yesterday but there hasn't been any resolution of the above yet. 
What should I do?

I believe that's the only way to get it sorted. You will have to reach out to customer support and they will resolve in some time.

That error shows after failed payments. Since you raised a ticket, give it 24–48 hrs. If no reply, follow up with GMAC support. Don’t try booking again until it’s cleared.
