1st time buyers: less profit margin
replacement: greater profit margin

if the # of computers sold did not change, then it means that there were more replacement computers sold than 1st time buyer computers

obvious answer D

C is actually saying the opposite what the stem tells us

All u gotta realize is that this year: profits increased but everything else is the same.

Only D makes sense here.
