What is option III ?

OOOOOps, sorry for that.

I. d<r
II. m<r>r

what???? Is there something I am missing here?

III) 8d>r

And option II is m<r ...i hope those are the options..

Where did u get this problem from? I had come across a book which said that to find s.d , one is supposed to divide by n-1 and not n. I do not remember the name of the book now. Anyways, if that is indeed the case( which i do not think it is), then III will be right. Otherwise, I do not see how.

PR says that s.d is calculated by dividing by (n-1) and not 'n'. ( Till today, I thought it was a typo )

That might be the possible explanation why III is being given right. I do not know of any other possible reason.
