Hi Folks,

I recently took a GMAT prep test and scored 690 (Q43, V41, IR 3). I want to increase the quant score to Q48. My exam is scheduled in a week (Nov 21st). My target score is 720. Should I use the last week giving GMAT club quant CATs? I understand that Q43 to Q48 may not be possible in a week but I'm asking for a plan that I follow for a week to get as close to Q48 as possible. I may have to reattempt again in December by pushing the application to R2.

I have always given a consistent advice. Take the GMAT when you are ready and expect to achieve your target score. Don’t expect miracles to happen on the exam day. My suggestion to you would be to postpone your GMAT and use the time to work hard on quant.

You can try doing that. I’ve heard great things about the GMAT club quant material. However, different things work for different people and nothing can guarantee you the jump that you are seeking. All the best.
