Hey, I am preparing for GMAT for about 5-6 months now,I took course from Jamboree, have seen all their videos, I did official mock and scored 575, did prep by revisiting topics, giving few mocks and seeing official guide, but I am still not able to improve accuracy in untimed quizes and mocks, what should be my approach now considering I want to give GMAT in the next 15 days

What is your target score? At this stage you need to evaluate whether 15 days would suffice to achieve improvements for the score you're aiming.
I would recommend you identify the topics within quant, verbal, and DI where you see highest scope of improvement - now this depends on the way you prepared for the last 5-6 months, did you maintain an error log? were you able to spot any pattern where you consistently underperformed? If yes, then how did you tackle those topics and did you achieve an improvement?

Whether you should take the test in 15 days really depends on what your actual target score is (and, that depends on the school you are targeting).
If you absolutely need to take the test in 15 days, here are 4 key tips to make the most of this final stretch:
Revise your notes; focus on strengthening what you have already covered; now is not the time to chase new material.
Stick to official resources and mocks as these are the closest in tone, difficulty, and format to the real test.
Get your body clock in sync with the actual exam slot (sleep, meals, focus hours).
Stay positive; confidence and calmness are often underrated but can make a big difference on test day.
