Hi SSJOSAN,
I'm sorry to hear that Test Day didn't go as well as planned. When these types of score drops occur, the two likely "causes" involve either something that was unrealistic during practice or something that was surprising (or not accounted for) on Test Day. With a 650, you're closer to a 680+ than you probably realize, but you will likely have to make some 'tweaks' to how you 'see' (and respond to) the Exam to make sure that you pick up those additional points. Before we discuss any of those potential issues though, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:
1) How long have you studied? How many hours do you typically study each week?
2) On what dates (or approximate dates) did you take EACH of your CATs/mocks and how did you score on EACH (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?
3) What Schools are you planning to apply to and what specific application deadlines are you facing?
While the ESR doesn’t provide a lot of information, there are usually a few data points that we can use to define what went wrong on Test Day (and what you should work on to score higher). If you purchase the ESR, then I'll be happy to analyze it for you.
GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,

1. I have studied for about 3 months. For the first 20 days, I had to cover the basics as I am a non-native English speaker and not from a quant background, I used
magoosh's lessons for that. Then I started solving the OG and then completed both the verbal and quantitative reviews. I studied on average 4-5 hours a day for the last 3 months.
2. 1----17/8---- 660 (q44 v37)
2----31/8- -- 680 (q44 v39)
3----08/9----660 (q45 v36)
4----14/9----700 (q42 v42)
5----24/9----730 (q47 v42)
6----04/10---730 (q48 v41)
on 7/10 I did a retake of quant section of official mock 1-- Got a Q50
3. Schools I am applying to have their deadlines at end of November or early December. But I also have the English proficiency test to take.
